For all precision drilling and milling applications. 3 x heavy duty, high powered and high speed spindles for each axis. Complete with direct drive motor, internal cooling and coolant through spindle (CTS).

Equipped with a 3 spindle drill, a 6+2 axis robotic arm and a Hypertherm XPR 300 high definition plasma means the DCM can process almost all structural steel profiles without having to transfer pieces to other machines.

DCM offers 3 different styles of layout marking.

SCRATCH TYPE MARKING
* New high-speed marking that's 20-30 times faster than traditional scribe type marking. The prices fine lines are perfect for PRE-WELDING lines easily visible for the fabricator.
SCRIBE TYPE MARKING
* Traditional marking system that provides slighly deeper and wider lines.
PLASMA MARKING
* Fast and efficient marking by plasma. Auto amperage control means no tools changes are required so the process s very fast.

ADVANCED CUTTING
BOX TUBING

Daito DCM and CR Series are the steel construction industry's leading plasma cutting robots to fully process box tubing.

FULLY BEVEL BOX TUBING
* Capable of cutting 3D (bevels) on the corner radius and full bevel functionality.
* Allowing for a full bevel on all four sides.
* With only two ignitions!

SLOTTED HOLES IN BRACED CONNECTIONS
* Fully capable of cutting the slots and end on all 4 sides with only 2 ignitions..
* Plus no re-work!
