Z Line (Tandem)
Simple and high production line. Drilling can be working simultaneously as the Sawing. The buffer zone store material between the drill and the saw.
Lots of flexibility and production. 2 lines in 1. Drilling, Sawing and Coping. After Drilling and Sawing, parts that are finished can be unloaded quickly and safely. If coping is required, the product is simply transferred to the Coping line for further processing.
Some high-end processing centres or fabrications shops need more sawing capacity. The Y line stops the bottleneck and gives additional capacity. Utilising buffer zones the machines can work independently and constantly.
This one is for the big users in town. No shop is too big for the W line, the ultimate processing layout. Multiple combinations of drills, saws, coping robots and combined machines can be utilised in this design.
When length is limited U-turn lines allow for multiple machines to be implemented in a relatively small space.
